The Common Thread Holding Business Owners Back from Success

Podcast

Through my years of working with entrepreneurs and business owners, I’ve seen a commonality amongst those that just can’t seem to gain the success they strive for: they think they’ve got to do it all themselves.

There’s this belief in business ownership that you have to be the first one in, the last one to leave, and you have to be on and working 24/7, killing yourself to prove how badly you want to see success. But the truth is, burning yourself out like this will get you the opposite effect.

To truly be successful without sacrificing your entire life, the most important thing you can do is to build a team of amazing individuals who can help you along the way.

In this week’s episode, Theresa discusses:

  • Setting the rhythm for your business
  • Being an entrepreneur doesn’t mean doing it all yourself
  • Finding the right people to grow and thrive with
