A huge part of creating a business that is agile enough to make it through any situation is the ability to see the gaps in it. Where are the weaknesses in your business? What areas could use some work? What are you doing now that you could be doing better? 

These gaps can lie in our products, our people, the systems we operate with, our “brand”, and even ourselves. But once we can pinpoint where we are struggling, we can rectify the issues, leading us down a more stable path full of confidence and new opportunities we never thought possible.
