I know it sounds crazy and completely backwards, but more revenue is not what is going to save your business. People want growth and financial stability which is great and the goal we are working towards, but in order to get our businesses to that place, even more than money, we need this one thing built into them: resilience.
The ability to bounce back after any circumstance. That is resilience and that is what will fix your business and any other out there. You can throw money at problems all day long, but if you don’t stop to look at the foundation and see how you can fix your business from the inside out, you won’t have any lasting cash flow.
Dig deep and really understand the fundamentals of your business; Where are the areas that we excel in? What areas need work? What areas have never worked? The very things at the core of your business are ultimately what will determine your success, it’s up to you to nurture it and help it to grow so that eventually, your revenue will too.
