One thing I’ve seen more and more business owners struggling with is keeping a calendar. They may have a to-do list of goals and things they need to get done, but it’s not getting them where they want to be. They aren’t getting their calendar to work for them. 

Learning how to break down your goals into actionable-sized chunks that can be completed throughout your week or month is key in maintaining a calendar that actually helps you work towards your goals. 

Think bigger-picture first. From there, figure out what steps need to be taken for that goal to be met and schedule it out accordingly. The smaller steps are less intimidating, more achievable, and will eventually add up to completing that larger goal. 

When you work each day towards the version of your business you wish to see come to fruition, slowly but surely you will see it all piece itself together.
