Episode 185 – 3 Critical Ways to Boost Productivity

Podcast

Productivity is something we all strive to be better at. We all want to be able to get more done with our limited hours in a day. What some of us may not realize, however, is that being productive isn’t necessarily using every ounce of energy we have to be working nonstop. Instead, peak productivity is learning how to make better use of our time WITHOUT overworking and stressing ourselves out.

Getting stuck in the day-to-day grind can make us feel like we’re getting things done, checking off to-do lists. But if these aren’t the right tasks, the ones that are going to move us closer to accomplishing our goals and creating the larger picture, staying “busy” can actually hurt our progress by taking that precious time away from the important stuff.

In this week’s episode, Theresa discusses:

  • Planning your week out in advance
  • Breaking goals down into actionable pieces
  • Setting time aside for yourself to accomplish priority tasks
  • Allowing time to just think and let creativity flow is not wasted time

To have your own group of like-minded peers that will make you feel less alone and can uplift you and help you grow your business ventures, join Theresa’s waitlist to apply for her very own Local Business Advisory Board. This is going to be a group of people to bounce ideas off of in the hopes of gaining a little more clarity on how to keep moving forward towards the future they want to see for themselves, and for the world.
