Have you ever felt “behind” everyone else or you look at your list of things you need to do and feel overwhelmed by the amount of tasks you haven’t done yet? If you have you’re not alone. It’s easy for us to focus on all the things we haven’t done yet which leads to overwhelm, frustration and spinning your wheels. The better thing to do is take a moment to reflect and physically write down all the things you HAVE accomplished (no matter how little or big) to build that momentum you need to go to the next level.
In today’s episode I share a quick and easy exercise that you can do to reflect back so you can move forward.
